Send us your order screenshot, product link, and platform details so we can verify your purchase.
Experience & Review
Let your child wear and enjoy the product naturally. Share a genuine rating or review on Amazon/Flipkart or our website.
Create Video Content
Produce engaging, aesthetic videos featuring the product — styling clips, unboxings, reels, or fun parent-kid moments.
WhatsApp Approval
Before posting, share your final video on WhatsApp for brand approval. This ensures premium quality standards are met.
Post on Instagram
Once approved, post your reel, tag @KnitKnotch, mention the product, and use the hashtags shared by our team.
Submit Your Collaboration Request
After posting, submit your Instagram post link, review screenshot, purchase proof, and final content link. Our team will review your submission and process reimbursement if all criteria are met.
A genuine review or rating must also be posted and stay reflected on Amazon, Flipkart, or our website. If the review is not reflected, the collaboration will not be accepted and reimbursement will not be processed.

1Eligibility & Product Purchase
An active, genuine Instagram profile is required, with family, mom, and kids-focused creators preferred. Fake followers or engagement manipulation will result in rejection. All products must be purchased through Amazon, Flipkart, or knitknotch.com with valid purchase proof. Free product requests before approval are not entertained.
2Content, Review & Approval
Videos must be original, authentic, minimum 1080p, well-lit, and child-friendly. Amazon and Flipkart purchases require a genuine review or rating, and website purchases require short written feedback. The final edited video must be shared for WhatsApp approval before posting, and all deliverables must be submitted within 7 days of product delivery. Posting without prior approval disqualifies reimbursement.
3Reimbursement & Payment
Reimbursement covers the cost of one outfit per collaboration and is processed only when all requirements — purchase proof, review, video quality, approval, and posting — are fully met. Payment will be done after 7 working days from the date of posting if purchased from website.
4Content Usage & Paid Selection
By participating, creators grant Knit Knotch the right to reuse submitted content across promotions, ads, website, and social media, with credit where possible. Selection for the paid long-term program is based on quality, creativity, brand alignment, consistency, and audience relevance, and submission alone does not guarantee selection.
5Fraud, Misuse & Policy Updates
Any fake orders, manipulated screenshots, misleading claims, or policy misuse will result in permanent disqualification from the program. Knit Knotch reserves the right to update or modify collaboration policies at any time without prior notice.
6Minimum Views Requirement
The posted collaboration reel must achieve a minimum of 5,000 views within one week of posting. If this threshold is not met, the reimbursement will not be initiated.
7Video Approval Timeline
Video approval may take up to 72 hours. However, the approval video must be shared with the team within 7 days from the date of product delivery. Videos shared after this window may not be considered for approval.
8Revision Turnaround
If changes are requested by the team, the revised video must be resubmitted within 48 hours. Failure to submit revisions within this window may affect reimbursement eligibility.
9Posting Schedule
The Knit Knotch team will provide the specific date and time for posting. Content must be published only at the assigned schedule. Posting outside the given schedule without prior approval is not allowed.
10Communication Hours
All messages and queries will be responded to on working days only, between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday). Messages sent outside these hours will be addressed in the next available window.
